Directions from I-95 or Florida’s Turnpike

1. Head west on I-595 West, exiting at University Drive (also called SR 817): Exit #5.
2. Continue South on University Drive to SW 30th Street/Abe Fischler Blvd.
3. Turn left (east) onto SW 30th Street.
4. Drive Baptist Health Training Facility, turn right at the NSU North Campus entrance onto Ray Ferrero, Jr. Blvd.
5. The NSU Alvin Sherman Library parking garage will be on the right.

Paid public parking (coins, credit card, or app) is available in the NSU Alvin Sherman Library parking garage located on the east entrance off of Ray Ferrero, Jr. Blvd. For more information, see NSU Visitor Parking.

With several available public transit options, you don’t need a car to visit the NSU Alvin Sherman Library.

• Take the free SFEC/Tri-Rail Express shuttles from the Fort Lauderdale Airport Tri-Rail Station to the SFEC campus in Davie and back.
• Several Broward County Transit  buses pass or come near the NSU Main Campus: BCT 2, 9, 12 and the University Breeze.
• If you’re already on campus, free NSU shuttles are available to and from all areas of the campus and stop adjacent to the library.
